Puzzle Your Way : District Workshop

On 27th July 2024, the District Workshop: Puzzle Your Way unfolded over two days at two venues: Day 1 at the NCD Centre and Day 2 online via Zoom.

The district workshop is a cornerstone event organized by every Leo District to help Leo Club leaders and members develop into better leaders for tomorrow. It’s where we gain the skills to become effective leaders and learn about the project tracking and recognition system integral to the Leo and Lions movement.

This year’s workshop provided comprehensive guidance on club administration to ensure the smooth functioning of Leo District 306 C1. Across two days, participants received valuable insights into leadership and club management:

Day 1 at the NCD Centre included:

MyLeo reporting & club administration by Leo Lion Mandakini Kariyawasam PFLM.
Protocols & meeting procedures by IPDP Leo Lion Thimira Uyanhewage FLM.
Treasurer Reporting by MDAT Leo Vinuri Nirodya PFLM.
Lions Movement & Ethics by PMDP PDP Leo Lion Dilruk Tissera.

Day 2, held online via Zoom, focused on district-specific roles, including:

Council Officers with PDP Leo Lion Thilina Wijayamuni De Zoysa.
Club Presidents with PDP Leo Lion Bhanuka Premarathne MAF.
IT & Promotional Guidelines with Leo Samindu Oshadha.
Treasurer Reporting with MDAT Leo Vinuri Nirodya PFLM.

This workshop equipped participants with critical tools to enhance leadership and optimize club performance, laying a strong foundation for a successful year ahead in Leo District 306 C1.
